Appointment Policy

Please note the following appointment policies:

• Appointments can be booked by phone, through Instagram, or via our website
• In the event of a last-minute cancellation, namely within two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
• Clients are required to arrive on time and adhere to their scheduled appointment time.
• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for future bookings

Payment Terms

Payment information:

• We accept cash and card payments
• Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking
• Deposits may be required for certain services

Client Conduct

We ask all clients to treat our staff and premises with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive.
